Information is just information. We only become emotionally charged by it when we assigned a value to it (for example, my worth is tied to my weight). But information also provides us clues as to what may not be working. When emotions are involved things become blurry, we're forgetful, overly value things. Track your days, when you workout, what you eat, how much you move, how your sleep is. You'll often find a smoking gun. But be careful to not place your self-worth in there.
