DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?
No. Reformed Strength believes if a job is done well, people will naturally return. All that is required, is a 1-week notice before entering a new month. As plans are generally built into the future.
DO YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER REFERRAL PROGRAM?
Yes! It is always rewarding to know a client would like to share their experience. If the new client continues for 6-months of programming at full price, you will receive 1-month at 50% off. If they stay for 1-year, you will receive 1-month at 100% free. However, you cannot leave and return for a free month, this must be continued programming.
WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH REFORMED STRENGTH?
Generally, Reformed Strength is very open to constructive feedback. It is a relationship, and honest communication is necessary for us to maximize our experience. That being said, you are welcome to speak freely and if you feel unsatisfied after some time, you are welcome to leave or ask for a referral to another coach. There are no refunds though.
DO YOU HAVE A LOYALTY PROGRAM?
Yes! Once joined, if prices have increased due to demand or the head coach feels new services are being offered, your rate won't change, only slight increases for inflation. For example, if you stick around for 5 years, and your initial price is $250, and prices have increased to $350, you will continue to pay the $250 rate. Some increases may be due to inflation, i.e $10/month increase.
I AM FAIRLY NEW TO LIFTING, DOES THIS MATTER?
Nope, in many cases the earlier you can team up with a coach, the better. It helps develop better patterns, helps progress at a reasonable rate, it removes a lot of intimidation, and you have an expert in your corner to ask questions and trust.
