
MEET YOUR COACH

​Daniel is a student, teacher and husband. He enjoys reading, being in nature, a good espresso shot, baking, adventure, philosophy, spending time with friends and his wife.
Daniel has always had a passion to learn about the science behind health and fitness. His journey started when discovering sports and the gym at age 13, mostly playing competitive soccer and bodybuilding by age 18. He then joined the military at age 22 and began competing CrossFit competitively for 7 years. He has made over 55 competitive appearances including individual competitions at the Granite Games and Atlas Games. At age 28 he wanted to dive deeper into the science behind health, moving to Ottawa with his wife to study psychology and neuroscience at Carleton University full-time. Long-term he hopes to study more research surrounding stress and anxiety and their physiological ripple effects and potential interventions.
