
MEET YOUR COACH

​Daniel is a student, teacher and husband. He enjoys reading, being in nature, adventure, philosophy, spending time with friends and his wife.
Daniel has always had a passion to learn about the science behind health and fitness. His journey started when discovering sports and the gym at age 13, mostly playing competitive soccer and a bodybuilding competition at age 18. He then joined the military at age 22 and began competing CrossFit competitively for 7 years. He has made over 55 competitive appearances including individual competitions at the Granite Games and Atlas Games. At age 28 he wanted to dive deeper the science behind health, resigning from the government to live in Ottawa with his wife and study psychology and neuroscience at Carleton University full-time. Long-term he hopes to study more research surrounding stress and anxiety and their physiological ripple effects.

Daniel's mission is to provide clear, unbiased, practical solutions to fitness. In an age of information and technology, he tries to synthesize information by making it more digestible to clients.
He provides his clients with a no-nonsense, honest, results-driven approach. ​
